Digital Rectifier Machine (Oil Cooled)

Zinc and chrome plating is usually done on steel items as used for engineering parts such as bolts, Nuts, Cylinders, Pistons etc. Hard chrome plating on aluminium articles can also be done on all sorts of machine manufacturing plants. Such plant use rated currents of the order of 500 A and above and voltages of the order of 12v.

For jewellers who need quick electro stripping old plating, electro clearing and large plating baths of about 3 to 5 item, we manufacture rectifiers up to 100 amps.

These Rectifiers can be used for Nickel, Copper and Silver Plating over brass articles, it has fully digital control system to directly give output of the order of 500 amp. to 2000 amp. rated voltage of 12v. It has excellent voltage and current stability. Brass parts used in components of aviations etc. can be plated using these rectifier.

Aluminum and its alloys, such aluminium mould, aluminium gross satires for building windows and doors, heat shrinks and other colorful decorative house hold item such as photo frames etc. need high current up to 1000 amp. and above at different voltage level from 0 to 12v DC. These rectifiers are industrial grade, heavy duty and designed for continuous duty with robust solid state electronic circuitry.

We also manufacture Electroplating rectifier plants for copper and stainless steel parts, These plants give high current up to 500 to 1000 amps. depending upon the size of the tank, at voltage levels starting from 0 to 12v.
